【Tank Body】
The overall tank body is made of Q345R carbon steel with a thickness of at least 12mm. The thickness can be selected according to the size of the pressure vessel and the medium in the tank. It has the ability to withstand higher positive pressure and negative pressure, which is beneficial to reduce the evaporation loss of oil. Can withstand high temperatures up to 500°C.
【Pneumatic Hydraulic Safety Valve Interface】
The tank body has a pneumatic hydraulic safety valve interface, and the safety valve can automatically flow back into the tank when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is 0.5MPa.
【Balance Tube Interface】
There is a balance tube interface under the tank body. The three balls of the balance tube effectively increase the space of the tube and buffer the liquid column, making it difficult for the liquid column to rise or fall quickly.
【Tank Cover】
Installed on the top of the tanker truck, with built-in breathing and emergency exhaust function, folding guardrail can be raised and lowered, easy to use.
