Description

HOWO 12m³ Side loader garbage truck is a new generation garbage truck, developed by CLW Group in combination with the characteristics of side loader garbage trucks and compactor garbage trucks. It has function of self-loading, self-unloading, automatic compression, mechanized loading, compaction, transportation and dumping of solid waste. It can be matched with a general-purpose garbage truck barrel and has a large carrying capacity.

Chassis configuration

Garbage truck body volume is 12 cubic meters, wheelbase is 4.2 meters, steam brake, oil brake optional, drive rotation, 2 tons front axle, 3.5 tons rear Axle, 700 tires with original spare tires, single-row reversible, direction assist, clutch assist, adjustable crystal headlights.

Top loading configuration

The effective loading volume is 12 cubic meters, the box body is made of carbon steel plate, the front side of the box body is equipped with a hanging bucket lifting mechanism, which can automatically lift the trash can to pour garbage, with a self-unloading function, and a rubber sealing strip at the back, anti-sewage dripping, garbage truck with bucket can be matched with 120 liter or 240 liter plastic bucket and iron bucket based on customer requirements.

Upper Body Configuration Parameters
Standard	The garbage truck body part is made of high-quality carbon steel plate of WISCO with the national standard thickness, 3mm side plate and 4mm bottom plate. The frame car is designed and manufactured according to the optimized design of the outer frame to withstand the pressure. The functions of the side load garbage truck's special devices are all powered by the engine, which is realized by manual or electronic control of the hydraulic mechanism and pneumatic control. The box of the garbage truck adopts high-quality carbon steel plate fully sealed and welded structure.
Optional	With the optional chassis cab. Side protection adopts cold-formed channel steel/Q235-A, threaded connection. The rear protection adopts cold-formed channel steel/Q235-A, welded connection. The height of the rear protective section is 200mm, the width of the section is 50mm, and the height of the lower edge is 500mm from the ground.
