1. Purpose
Prevent departments or private individuals from using ambulances at will to avoid affecting emergency medical discharges. Ensure that the ambulance is in a standby emergency state and is under the command of the emergency center at any time.

3. Responsibilities
(1) The head nurse and ambulance driver check the condition, appearance, rescue equipment and medicine of the ambulance every day.
(2) The emergency nurses check the condition, appearance, rescue equipment and medicine of the ambulance every shift, so that they can replace and supplement them in time and register them.
(3) The nursing department checks the condition, appearance, rescue equipment and medicine of the ambulance every month.
(4) The head of the section and the head nurse shall strictly manage the ambulance. The ambulance is only used for medical rescue and shall not be used for other purposes.
(5) The driver of the ambulance must keep the car in good condition and tidy, and must leave the car within 5 minutes of receiving the call. There is also a vehicle registration book, which records the time, location, arrival time, and personnel accompanying the vehicle.
4.Working procedures
(1) When the medical staff receives the 120 call, immediately notify the driver, doctors and nurses on duty, and set off within 5 minutes with the necessary rescue equipment (see the "Ambulance Equipment List" for supplies). The doctor who answers 120 calls will record the departure time, location, arrival time, accompanying persons, etc. on the departure register.
(2) After the medicines, equipment, and articles are used, the visiting nurses shall promptly supplement, clean and disinfect them to keep them in good condition. The head nurse checks every day, the emergency shift, the night shift, and the next shift check every shift, and strictly implements the shift system and performs various registrations. If the rescue equipment is found to be malfunctioning, it should be reported to the head of the section and the head nurse in time, and a maintenance worker should be asked to repair it.
(3) When the ambulance leaves the hospital to perform its tasks, it must be reported to the medical department of the hospital for approval, and reported to the emergency medical center command and dispatch room, so that the command center can keep track of the ambulance movement.
(4) When leaving the car to perform the 120 emergency task and returning to the hospital, the visiting doctor must report the driving situation to the emergency center command and dispatch office and make a registration.
(5) Smoking and placing sundries in the vehicle are prohibited.
(6) The driver of the ambulance shall regularly check and maintain the vehicle and clean and disinfect the ambulance to keep the vehicle in good condition and drive safely.
Regulations on the use of ambulances
1. The ambulance is dedicated to medical rescue and is on duty 24 hours a day. The director of the emergency department and the head nurse will issue a dispatch order. After receiving the notice, the driver should be ready to leave the car within 5 minutes and leave the car in time.
2. The use of ambulances will be paid according to the standard. Generally, the fee will be charged before the car. If the situation is urgent or if you call for help over the phone, you can leave the car first, and the driver is responsible for urging the patient to pay.
3. Inpatients who request to go to the outer hospital for medical treatment, examination, or ask the doctors of the outer hospital for consultation or surgery, shall pay the fare according to the above-mentioned charging standards.
4. At the end of each month, the ambulance driver will proofread each dispatch and charge receipts and submit them to the Finance Department to review the income and expenditures, and settle the vehicle subsidy according to the hospital vehicle subsidy standard.
5. For non-medical vehicles, a vehicle dispatch form must be issued by the business dean. There is no charge for dispatching, leaving and leaving the car without permission. Those who are found responsible will be fined twice as far as the place of departure.
