When calling an ambulance, be clear about the following:

Don’t use ambiguous words such as "under a certain bridge" or "opposite a certain store" so as not to repeat the inquiry by the dispatcher, or make the ambulance personnel look for a needle in a haystack without reaching the edge and delay the time.
②The main condition of the patient. So that the ambulance staff can be prepared and put into rescue as soon as they arrive.
③The name and telephone number of the caller. Sometimes the ambulance staff cannot find a place, they can contact the caller in time through the dispatcher.
After calling for help, you should pay attention to the following things:
①Because the ambulance will arrive soon, people should be sent to wait at the fork in the road or at the obvious place near the gate to guide the ambulance in.
②Prepare the patient and the things carried with the car, and remove the sundries on the stairs or walkway that affect the patient's transportation.
③If the ambulance does not arrive 20 minutes after calling for help, you can call again to ask. If the patient's condition permits, do not find another vehicle, because as long as the ambulance center receives a call for help, there will be a car.
