Article 1: The driver must abide by the "Road Traffic Management Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant traffic safety management rules and regulations, and drive safely; at the same time, abide by other relevant rules and regulations of this court.
Article 2: The driver should cherish the hospital ambulance, pay attention to the maintenance of the vehicle, and check the main parts of the vehicle frequently to ensure that the vehicle is running normally.

Article 3: The driver should take appropriate time every day to scrub the ambulance to keep the vehicle clean (including the cleanliness of the interior, exterior and engine).
Article 4: Before leaving the vehicle, check whether the water, electricity, oil and other performances of the vehicle are normal. If any abnormality is found, immediately add supplements or adjustments. When you come back from the car, you should check the fuel storage. When you find that the fuel storage is less than one mark, you should refuel immediately.
Article 5: When the driver discovers that the ambulance is malfunctioning, it must be repaired immediately. If there is no maintenance, it should be reported to the management immediately, and specific maintenance opinions (including maintenance items and roughly required expenses, etc.) should be put forward. Without approval, the vehicle is not allowed to be sent to the factory for repairs, and the cost of offenders will not be reimbursed.
Article 6: When parking the vehicle when leaving or returning from the vehicle, you must pay attention to the selection of the parking place and location, and you cannot park on the road sections or dangerous areas where parking is not allowed. When the driver leaves the vehicle, the safety lock must be locked to prevent the vehicle from being stolen.
Article 7: The driver frequently checks the effectiveness of the various certificates of the vehicle he drives, and must ensure that the certificates are complete and he has a license to drive.
Article 8: Drivers should pay attention to rest at night, and are not allowed to drive tired cars or drink and drive.
Article 9: All consequences of violations or traffic accidents caused by drivers driving under the influence of alcohol or private use of vehicles shall be borne by the driver himself, and corresponding administrative penalties shall be imposed.
Article 10: Smoking is not allowed in the car. Employees of the hospital should politely stop smoking in the car; when guests outside the hospital smoke in the car, they can tactfully inform the hospital companion, but they cannot stop it directly.
Article 11: Drivers must abide by the traffic rules when driving, drive in a civilized manner, and are not allowed to drive dangerously (including high-speed, rear-end collision, race, racing, etc.). For instructions from others, including the leader, if the driver thinks that it cannot be done, he can raise an objection and request a change of the instruction. If a traffic accident occurs on the way, if fast handling can be applied, the fast handling method shall be adopted to solve the problem; if on-site handling is necessary, the police shall be reported to the police immediately and no escape from the scene is allowed. If an accident occurs due to violation of traffic rules, the driver shall bear all consequences and responsibilities.
Article 12: If the driver is fined for violation of regulations or incomplete documents, the unit shall not reimburse the compensation, and the driver shall bear it. If a violation causes an accident, the driver involved shall bear the responsibility and consequences.
Article 13: Except for emergency and night business vehicles, applications must be made to the leaders, and the vehicles must be driven on time and not missed. If you need first aid and leave the car at night, you don’t need to get the approval of the leader, but after leaving the car, you should make a driving record strictly according to the requirements, and record the driving time, mileage, starting place, occupant’s name, reason, etc., and sign by the occupant Confirmation (if only guests outside the unit take the ride, the arranger shall sign and confirm).
Article 14: If the driver is not dispatched during working hours, he shall wait in the driver’s cab to leave the vehicle at any time, and shall not rush to other offices. If you really need to leave the driver’s cab, you must inform the manager of whereabouts and the required time, and you can leave after approval; you should report to the manager in time when you come back from the car.
Article 15: Drivers shall unconditionally obey the work arrangements of managers, and shall not delay dismissal or refuse to leave the vehicle. Those who have opinions on work arrangements can be reported to the dean afterwards.
Article 16: If the driver is out of the vehicle to perform a task and cannot return on time due to special circumstances, he shall try to notify the management in time and explain the reason.
Article 17: The driver must carry his mobile phone with him at all times. Calls to leaders or managers should be answered immediately. If you really cannot respond under special circumstances, you must explain the reason afterwards.
Article 18 The driver shall not give the ambulance to other people to drive without the approval of the leader; if the hospital staff has other needs to use the ambulance, the leader shall approve and agree to give the car to other drivers to drive and use , The driver in question shall be responsible for checking whether the borrower has a legal driving qualification (including the validity period of the driver’s license, the model and the authenticity of the driver’s license); it is strictly forbidden to give the vehicle to an unlicensed person to drive or practice driving; no one may learn to drive using the unit vehicle.
Article 19: Expenses reimbursement: All official expenses of the driver (parking fees, tolls, refueling, repairs, etc.) must be reimbursed by a formal valid certificate. The driver will arrange and paste the reimbursement certificate and submit it to the financial office for review and signature. It can be reimbursed only if it is handed over to the dean for signature.
