Garbage truck: Common mistakes in using hook arm type
Garbage truck: Common mistakes in using hook arm type
Hook-arm garbage truck is one of the garbage trucks. Its operation is very simple. Drivers can get on the truck and operate after simple training. Although the operation is simple, it must be operated correctly to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition. If there is a wrong operation, the garbage truck will be damaged and the normal garbage removal work will be affected. So what are the common mistakes of the hook-arm garbage truck in use? Let's take a look together below:
1. Hook arm garbage truck transports construction waste. Because construction waste is different from domestic waste, the density of construction waste trucks is high, and the weight of half a box of construction waste has exceeded that of a full box of domestic waste. The hook-arm garbage truck is used to collect and transport domestic garbage. If it is used to transport construction garbage, its heavy fruit will exceed the allowable range of the pulling vehicle, and it will cause excessive pressure when packing, damage the hydraulic parts, and cause light damage. Oil leakage of hydraulic parts and slippage of the clutch pulley may cause the clutch to burn and deform the hydraulic cylinder.
2. When the hook-arm garbage truck is packing, the center axis of the garbage can does not coincide with the center axis of the garbage truck. It is necessary to ensure that the longitudinal beam of the car body is located between the rear wheels of the auxiliary frame and the longitudinal center axis of the vehicle coincides with the longitudinal center axis of the car body. Otherwise, the vehicle position should be adjusted. If there is no guarantee that the longitudinal center axis of the hook-arm garbage truck coincides with the longitudinal center axis of the car body, the box will not fall accurately on the hook-arm garbage truck. Forcible operation may damage the pulleys at the bottom of the garbage truck and cause the garbage truck to get on. The deformation of the slideway may even cause the deformation of the hook arm of the hook arm garbage truck, and the deformation of the box may also cause the hydraulic parts to be damaged due to excessive pressure.
3. When the hook arm garbage truck finishes its operation, forget to turn off the electromagnetic clutch switch. When the electromagnetic clutch is not working, it is necessary to ensure that the electromagnetic clutch is in a de-energized state, especially when the car is turned off, the electromagnetic clutch must be in the de-energized state, otherwise it will cause a large amount of battery power consumption and lead to power loss. When the hook-arm garbage truck was needed the next day, it was discovered that the garbage truck could not be started and the normal garbage removal and transportation work could not be completed normally. Moreover, the battery of the garbage truck loses electricity, and the damage to the battery is also great, causing the battery to be scrapped prematurely.
4. Do not casually adjust the pressure of the pressure regulating valve on the hook arm garbage truck based on your own experience. The pressure of the pressure regulating valve of the hook arm garbage truck has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Some experienced garbage truck operators adjust the pressure of the pressure regulating valve by themselves in order to increase the operating speed of the garbage truck. Doing so may cause excessive hydraulic pressure, causing leakage in the gear pump, leakage in the cylinder, or oil leakage in the oil pipe.
The above 4 points are common wrong operations in the use of hook-arm garbage trucks. Drivers and friends must avoid the above wrong operations, so as to avoid damaging the garbage truck, reduce the failure rate of the garbage truck, and ensure the normal operation of the vehicle.
